These terms describe and govern the conditions for access and use of the e-shop and the entire content of the website www.fluxstudio.com and generally any transaction through this electronic store, which is based in Greece, Kalamata with VAT number 054990057 and G.E.M.I. number 014862745000 (hereinafter referred as “Seller” or “We”).
User: any visitor and user of our E-Shop
Customer: the User who puts an order to our E – Shop
User Account: the account created by any registered user
E-Shop: our online shop as presented on the website www.fluxstudio.com
Each User and Customer (also referred hereinafter as “You”) is presumed to have read, understood and accepted these terms prior to any use of our E-Shop. Each Customer is automatically presumed to be also an E-Shop User.
We design, craft and sell jewellery and accessories. These products are sold exclusively through our E-Shop which is accessible on the Internet. So, in order to access and use our E-Shop, you will need internet access and an appropriate electronic device (“smartphone”, tablet, a pc or mac etc.) with a browser installed and updated to its latest version.
- Online Store – Orders – Price and Payment
All our pieces are designed and crafted by us. Many of our products are made to order. The manufacturing time may vary depending on the technique applied to each collection. Estimated shipping dates are given on each product page. Although we are giving great attention to detail, due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, slight differences from the photos should be considered acceptable.
Orders are accepted only through the special order form (the “shopping basket”) you’ll find in our E-Shop. Add the products to the “shopping basket” and complete the order either as a guest user or a registered user.
IMPORTANT: No order shall be considered accepted unless you have received a confirmatory email from us verifying the availability and price of the product/s ordered.
The price of our products shown in the E-Shop is final (VAT included). However, sometimes a product price may inadvertently appear incorrect. In such case the correct price shall be the one indicated in the aforementioned confirmatory email. The Customer is entitled to fully or partially withdraw an order (before its shipment) in case of wrong price indication in our E-Shop. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, special delivery fees administered by your government, and handling fees for deliveries in your country of residence.
We are entitled to change the prices of our products or to stop any promos or offers at any time. Such change however shall not affect your already verified orders.
- Payment of Orders
The available payment methods for your orders are:
i. Cash on delivery (only for orders delivered in Greece)
The total order price is paid upon delivery.
ii. Credit, debit or pre-paid card or digital wallet
In order to pay by credit, debit or pre-paid card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners), or digital wallet (Masterpass) you will be redirected from our E-Shop to the secure online bank payment service. After you have completed this procedure your order shall be considered completed.
iii. Deposit or transfer to a bank account
You can also select to deposit or transfer the order price to any of our bank accounts, as indicated below. Please make sure you indicate your name and, if possible, the number of the order. All relevant bank charges are borne exclusively by the Customer. For your convenience and faster service, please email the deposit/transfer receipt at email@example.com.
Please be advised that you should not deposit or transfer any money to our bank accounts unless we have verified your order, otherwise you may be charged with bank charges for the refund (if any) of your money.
- Delivery of Orders
We use speed courier service (ACS courier) for all Orders delivered in Greece and registered air mail for all orders delivered abroad.
i. Order tracking
After your order is verified it will be prepared for delivery. Once it is handed to the courier or mail service you will be notified with the tracking details.
ii. Shipping Costs
For orders over 100 € shipping is free.
For orders under 100 € the shipping fees are: 5€ for shipping within Greece with ACS Speed Courier ,
8€ International registered air mail shipping with Helenic Post
iii. Delivery time
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday during business days and hours. The estimated delivery time is three (3) to ten (10) working days from the day your order is verified. The estimated delivery time may extent in case of special orders for which estimate delivery time will be given by us when we verify the order.
- Order/Product Return
Our jewellery is crafted by us so we always carry out stringent quality checks on every product before shipment or delivery. However, if any of our products is delivered to you with a defect you must follow the process of returning defective products as described below in Article 3.B.i.
In any case, you should be aware that the amount paid for the defective product shall not be reimbursed if it is possible to correct the defect or replace the defective product with a new one. Our warranty does not cover products that have been damaged by neglect, misuse or normal wear tear or any damage resulted by improper use by the Customer. If the condition of the product is deteriorated due to your handling, we may choose to offset the price paid.
We provide clear and detailed instructions and all possible information on the nature, quality and details of each product delivered. If the default of the product is not due to us, then any repair or replace of such product can be arranged with an additional cost.
B. Product return policy
Our E – Shop is designed so each User has the ability to have as much information as it is possible. Nevertheless, sometimes you may need to return a product. In such a case you need to follow the following return policy:
i. Return of defective products
If a product delivered to you with a defect, then we will either arrange to repair the product or to replace it (at our sole discretion). In such a case:
– You must notify us immediately and in any event within three (3) calendar days from delivery of the faulty product and the type or nature of fault by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The overall time for the product return should not exceed ten (10) calendar days from the date of delivery for orders delivered in Greece and fifteen (15) days for orders delivered abroad. The product should return by registered mail in its original packaging and with all its shipping documents. Upon receipt of the product we will immediately check to ascertain the defect reported and we will communicate with you to confirm the defect or to inform you that the product is not defective or we didn’t cause the fault (in that case you may be charged for the additional shipping cost). If the product is defective we shall repair it and send it back to you free of charge. If it is not possible to repair it in a reasonable time we will replace it or refund you.
– Please be aware that a product shall be considered defective if it was damaged during the manufacturing or delivery process, or it was delivered in a different situation than that provided or we delivered a different product than that ordered. For example, if you have damaged your ring by washing your hands with a detergent that resulted in a change of color, then it is not covered by the warranty. Moreover, our warranty does not cover any products not purchased directly from our E-Shop (second hand products) and any damage caused by your adding any particles to the product received.
ii. Non-defective product return
- You can return any product purchased from our E-Shop within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the price paid (excluding any premium paid for non-standard delivery). In such case you shall only pay the return shipping cost. The 14 days period begins on the date the product is delivered to the Customer. In such a return you should inform us in writing by email us at email@example.com.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, not used, undamaged and with all its shipping documents We will then fully refund you within 14 days from the day we have received back the product. In the event that a product is returned damaged, altered or incomplete, we have the right to claim compensation, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the product returned.
We accept product modification or replacement due to incorrect size provided that the relevant product has been shipped to us within 10 calendar days in excellent condition.
This service is free of charge except for the shipping cost from you to us.
- Personal Data, Service Availability, and Security
If you would like to create a User Account you should be very careful not to share your username and password. Any orders made through your user account will be fully served. We reserve the right to disable your User Account at any time if, in our opinion, you do not comply with these terms.
The access of our E-Shop is only allowed for legitimate purposes and in a manner that does not impede the proper operation and access of other Users. Users and Customers of our E-Shop should not use our electronic services knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logical bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. Also, unauthorized access to the E-Shop, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database associated with the E-Shop is prohibited.
Although we use updated E-Shop protection software to avoid any spread of computer viruses and, in general, of any malicious software, we shall bear no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by cyber-attacks that may occur via our E-Shop, by viruses or any other technologically harmful material that may affect the equipment of the User’s computer, software, data or other proprietary material due to the use of the E-Shop or the services provided by the E-Shop. We do not provide any guarantee that our E-Shop is provided seamlessly and will be constantly available and free of errors. In any case where E-Shop and its services are malfunctioning, we will take all reasonable steps to restore and / or repair them. Additionally, we may need to perform periodic maintenance procedures or to implement new services, products and functions that may affect the availability of our E-Shop. In no event and in any way we may be held responsible for the malfunction of our E-Shop.
All payments made using cerdit, debit or pre-paid cards are processed through electronic payment platform “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.1 encryption protocol with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
- Intellectual Property Rights
You may not alter, resell, deliver, distribute or otherwise exploit any Content (in whole or in part) without the specific prior written consent of the Seller. Additionally, no User or Customer may: (a) use or copy the Content and / or any material from the E-Shop to another web site, e-shop or physical store, application or any other electronic or non-electronic presentation, and b) present or embed (embed, framing etc.) the E-Shop or any part thereof on another website or any application of any third party without the Seller’s prior agreement.
- Proper Use of E-Shop
Users and Customers may not use the E-Shop and its User in any way that breaches the applicable legislation. Access to the E-Shop is only allowed on a temporary basis. The Seller reserves the right to revoke or modify the functions and services of the E-Shop without notice or liability.
In addition, the User acknowledges and agrees that in no case the Seller can be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused or allegedly caused to the user due to the use or any relationship to the Content, advertisements or any other material available from another application or website, even if he was reached this application or website via a hyperlink shown in the Seller’s E-Shop.
- Exclusion Clause: Limitation of Seller’s Liability
Our E-Shop is provided “as is”. Our E-Shop is hosted on computerized systems that we do not control and hence we cannot accept any responsibility for its availability and security. Any access and use of it automatically states that you understand and accept unreservedly that the Seller, its employees and its partners have no liability to indemnify any User or Customer for any damage (including any direct or indirect, positive or negative or loss of profit, moral damage, mental disruption or the cost of supplying substitutes or substitute products and services in the event of inappropriate or correct delivery of the ordered items) may have been caused to them by the use of the E-Shop other than repairing or replacing any defective products as specifically described herein above. In any case, the Seller’s total liability to each Customer may not exceed the price paid by the Seller for the supply of the products.

The E-Shop can be terminated at any time and without prior notification. Upon termination all Terms related to Intellectual Property shall continue to bind you.
